Downtown Orlando’s new co-working space Catalyst is ready for a soft opening Feb. 16, giving local startups more space to craft together their innovative ideas.
Dennis Pape of Florida Venture Sourcing, s igned a five-year lease for the 7,000-square-foot space back in May. The co-working space — located on the fifth floor of the One South Orange building at 1 S. Orange Ave. —can house 100 workers.
While the soft opening is next week, Catalyst is allowing startups and others can tour the facility and sign up for memberships and begin working in the space. Pape said a grand opening would be in either the first week or second week of March. Read more here.
