Honoree Catalyst Spaces’ new office in downtown Orlando, which it moved into 10 months ago, is 7,000 square feet and houses 80 workers.

Catalyst is a co-working space, giving local startups a place to craft their innovative ideas. Catalyst is a membership-based facility offering different prices depending on what members want. The space offers shared and personal work desks, enclosed office space, conference rooms, a coffee bar and lounges. The space will also include common resources that startups need such as wireless Internet service, and access to a printer, scanner, copier and fax.

Innovative Quest II Architect Jerry Uhran designed the space in conjunction with Catalyst Spaces CEO Dennis Pape’s creative direction to have a space with a strong urban-industrial personality. The furnishings were supplied by Florida Business Interiors and the general contractor was Vision 360.
